With the weather easing in South East Queensland, our main operational center has been re-opened from late last night and we are progressively resuming to full operations across our 24/7 platforms, with a focus on our emergency and assistance services. We expect to return to normal service throughout the day and will also be working to clear the backlog from yesterday.

Due to a severe weather event in Queensland, we are currently experiencing pressures within our Travel, Medical and Roadside call centres which is resulting in longer than usual call wait times. Please be assured that we have activated our business continuity plan are taking measures to access our overflow capacity support teams to maximise resourcing
