Couple spared from new home lock-out drama

A couple excited to be moving into their new home had purchased Emergency Home Assistance through their local NAB Store Manager. The Manager had done the couple’s home loan and also protected the house with home and contents insurance. A few days after moving in, the customer rang the NAB store to let them know she had accidentally locked herself out of the house the previous day.

She immediately called her husband, who was at work, stressing out about how she would get back inside to continue with the unpacking when he remembered what NAB had told him about the Emergency Home Assistance service. He told his wife to call a locksmith and she was back inside within 30 minutes, hugely relieved and grateful that they had offered them this product.
