Stuck with no money

Julian lost his luggage en route to his hotel. Excited to start his American adventure, Julian had picked up his rental car, loaded his luggage and driven to his accommodation. But when he arrived, he went to unload his luggage and realised it was all gone. Confused and worried, he retraced his journey but found nothing. Julian remembered that his wallet was in his suitcase, which meant that he had no longer had any money. Julian contacted his travel insurance provider for help. His insurer helped him get in touch with his bank and his friends to organise money for the remainder of his trip. Julian’s claim was processed and he was reimbursed for some of the lost items from his bag.
